Jay Holstine is an Executive Coach with over 25 years of experience working as a Trainer, Speaker, and Consultant. He has worked with senior leaders at companies such as Starbucks Corporation, Nike, and Chevron Corporation to help them achieve their personal goals by building self-confidence and public speaking skills. He has also trained managers to improve their teams’ productivity through effective communication.

He has also helped develop many artifacts from presentations, training manuals, and simulations to facilitate practical training. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of San Diego. Jay holds certifications in NASA-TREAT (Team Training Evaluation Tool) and BEST (Building Effective Teams™). He is currently enrolled in the Certified Speaking Professional Program at International Coach Federation.
